​Our methods are practical, applicable and designed to work for you every day. You will learn what you need to support yourself. We will shut out the noise, the 'top tips' and the 'shoulds', and focus on what works best, for you, to get you exactly where you need to be. 

​Dr Stephanie Fitzgerald oversees all of our programmes and offers 1:1 coaching for individuals. Having worked in mental health for two decades and being trained in multiple different forms of therapy and therapeutic practice, Stephanie brings the evidence-based science to the table. Stephanie wants you to feel confident that what you do is making a tangible difference to your life and is worth your time.

Taking care of your mental health can feel as though you have another full-time job. You do the journaling, you meditate, you practice gratitude, you go to yoga classes...it never ends! Or maybe you've thought about doing these, but never quite made it.

We don't believe that taking care of your mental health should be overwhelming, nor leave you feeling under pressure and set up to fail when you aren't ticking every box. 

We offer different workshops and coaching programmes designed to guide you through specific goals, but all of our approaches are adaptable to suit you.

You’ve heard that journaling is good for you, but you don’t have a clue what to write. Maybe you bought the notebook but don’t want to ‘ruin’ it and so you don’t write anything. This workshop will take you through meaningful journaling, using reflections and prompt questions to unlock your inner writer.

  • Sort my life out!

Are you feeling overwhelmed? You want things to feel different but you don’t have a clue where to start? This programme is for you. Taking you through easy to implement, manageable steps, this programme is structured in a way that clears your emotional and physical clutter and supports you to make the changes you want to, without feeling completely overwhelmed.

  • Preventing and recovering from burn out

42% of us are currently experiencing burnout according to the latest research. This programme will take you through preventing burnout and supporting your recovery.

  • I want to feel like me again

Have you lost sight of who you really are? Have you had a change in relationship, changed career, become a parent, gotten divorced or maybe just hit a point in your life where you don’t feel very you? If this is the case then this programme will reconnect you to what really matters to you and establish what you want to do next. This programme is a pathfinder for when you feel lost, and you will learn techniques you can use again and again, throughout the ups and downs of life.
