About our Founder
Dr Stephanie Fitzgerald is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Neuropsychologist, Keynote Speaker and Published Author.
Stephanie has worked in Mental Health for two decades and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. Stephanie was a pioneer of utilising psychological strategies and techniques in the workplace and began work as a Health and Wellbeing Consultant in 2013. Stephanie has supported companies across varying industries including Rail, Atomic Weapons, Civil Aerospace, Premier League Football and the NHS, flexing her approach to suit the environment and culture of the organisation.
Stephanie specialises in delivering practical, evidence-based interventions, focusing on sustainable improvement. Stephanie is passionate about ensuring people are happy, healthy, safe and engaged in the workplace, and believes everyone can and should enjoy work.
